 Computer is a fairly recent invention . There is no doubt that it is a boon to human civilization . It has become an inseparable part of modern life . Computer is an electronic device which performs mathematical calculations , stores large masses of information and supplies them in time of need . Charles Babbage was the first inventor of modern computer . Then professor Howard Akin gave it à revised and modern shape . Now it performs complicated problems , diagnoses diseases . performs complicated medical operations , runs business and so on . Computer is now widely used in industries . Every literate person should have a basic knowledge on computer . Electronic computers are of two basic types- Analog and Digital . Analog computers deal with physical qualities . On the other hand , Digital computers deal with numbers . The Analog computers measure , while the Digital computers count . Computers can be classified according to their functions : ( a ) Special purpose computers and ( b ) General purpose computers . Computer is now used in all sectors of life . It is widely used in the field of space administration . telecommunication , air traffic control , navigation of ships . In fact computer is doing a great job by substituting human brain and preventing misuse of time and energy . Despite its multilateral uses , computer is not without any bad impact . Sometimes , some students get too much obsessed with computer and its different functions , they hamper their studies .

A Village Market

     A village market  is held in open space in the centre of the surrounding villages. The paths of the villages lead to the market- lace. There is a daily market there. Of course, there is a difference hetween a 'Hat' and a Market'. A 'Hat' is not held like a 'market It is held only once or twice a week and it is more crowded than a market. However, there are various kinds of shops in the village market. The villagers get rice, dal, oil, vegetables, fish, meat and all other necessaries of their dily life from the market. Farmers from far and near come there with their products to sell them off. They sometimes rejoice at their profit and despond over their loss. A village market is the main centre of economic activity of the villages. The traders of the village carry on good business there. Thus the village market bears a vital importance in the life of the villagers.

 "There is no royal way to learn is an appropriate proverb for the students to follow. So, a student must be hard - working, sincere and regular. First, he has to understand what he reads or his teacher says in the class. He  should not neglect at any stage of his learning time. This is why he has to make a daily routine thinking about how and when his daily activities will be performed. Then, according to his daily routine, he has to study attentively. He can make  notes by himself as well as collect from other sources and revise them. Of course, he has to keep in practice of writing more. Next, in any difficulty he can take suggestions from his classmates who are meritorious. If they fail to give him a  good suggestion, he must consult his teacher.
